| 摘 要： | 律师的法律援助义务在我国法规中有明确规定，但目前国内各界人士对其认识仍存在较大分歧。本文从法律援助的概念和性质、律师社会角色的定位等角度论述了律师的法律援助义务，同时，对实现律师的法律援助义务的途径作了初步探讨。

This paper discourses upon legal aid from the perspectives of its concept and nature and the social role of lawyers as well as attempts to address the ways of fulfilling the obligation. |
