| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,以江苏省人口动态流动为研究背景,对江苏省社会体育指导员的地区配置进行了计量分析,构建了一个江苏省人口数与社会体育指导员数量的计量模型,认为江苏省作为一个经济、教育大省,人口数每增加1万人,社会体育指导员应该增加9人。
