| 摘 要： | 体育价值观是指对体育价值根本性的看法和态度。随着社会的发展，体育价值观也随之动态变迁，同时又存在着静态稳定性。文章通过梳理体育价值观嬗变历程即体育的生物观到体育人文观的发展脉络，探求了体育价值观变迁与高校体育课程指导思想变革的关系，进而在分析体育人文观为核心的多元价值观在当今高校体育教育中地位的同时，提出了高校体育课程应以发展的休闲观为指导思想，以适应现在和未来社会发展的观点。
