论中国武术之“精气神”

“精气神”自古以来就是中国武术历代拳种流派的习武要义。中国武术在“精气神”学说的影响下，无论内在精神还是外在形体都始终贯穿着精、气、神的表现，突出着武术的风格和特点。文章主要运用文献资料法和专家访谈法，以中国传统文化的哲学和医学理论视野下的“精气神”作为研究的起点，以中国武术的“精气神”作为研究对象，从中国武术“形神兼备”、“内外合一”和“攻防意识”的视角来认识“精气神”这一武术范畴下的概念。通过对中国武术“精气神”的研究，力图可以使人们能够从一个整体的角度、全新的视角来认知中国武术，从而实现对中国武术较为准确的把握和较为全面的界定。

On the "Spirit and Manners" of Chinese Wushu

The ＂Spirit and Manners＂ has been considered as the tenet of the Chinese Wushu. With the infection of the ＂Spirit and Manners＂ Lysenkoism, the Chinese Wushu incarnates its style and characteristics from the extrinsic technique and the internal vital spark. Using the methods of literature and expert interview, and based on the philosophical and traditional iatrical theoretics, the paper made the ＂Spirit and Manners＂ of the Chinese Wushu as the research object and analyzed the conception of the ＂Spirit and Manners＂ from the combination of form and Spirit, the integration of the inner and the outer, and the consciousness of offense and defense in Chinese Wushu. According to the research on the ＂Spirit and Manners＂, the paper tried to make people cognize the Chinese Wushu from the holistic and fire-new angle of view, which can actualize the veracious and all-around definiens to the Chinese Wushu.
