| 摘 要： | 运用灰色系统理论中的关联度分析法,对速度素质发展敏感期11岁儿童少年男生的速度素质与力量素质、耐力素质、爆发力素质、灵敏素质和柔韧素质的相互关系进行了系统的分析研究.经分析,身体素质各个代表因素对速度素质的代表指标50 m跑的影响程度大小依次为:行进间30 m跑＞100 m跑＞50 m×8往返跑＞立定跳远＞纵跳摸高＞10 s立卧撑＞抛实心球＞立位体前屈.为提高速度素质提出合理建议.旨在全面提高身体素质同时重点提高速度素质.

| Abstract: | Adopted the method of gray connection degree analysis of gray system theories,this study conducted analysis and research about the relations between the velocity and strength,endurance,jump,sensitivity and flexibility boy being provided in the sensitive period of velocity.The results of this study indicated that the degrees that the different representative factors impact on the representative index of the velocity can be summarized in order: walking and running>100m running>50*8 to and fro running> standing long jump>high jump>10s standing-push-up>throwing ball > standing-proneness.Several suggestions were proposed in order to improve the quality of velocity. |
