A Comprehensive Study of Tayor's Management Theory

With the rising effect of management in social and economic development,the research and study of management theory,especially the occidental advanced management theory has been widely spread.As "father of scientific management",Taylor's irreplaceable management theory is being comprehensively studied.commented and spread,Limited to the technical aspects,the previous study of Taylor's management theory neglected its thought aspect and management philosophy.Taylor's theory is an integrated whole which includes management technique,management skill,management thought and management philosophy.And neglect of each of the four will lead to an incomplete understanding of the kernel of Taylor's management theory.
