微博反腐“热”的“冷”思考

近年来,微博作为反腐的新形式越来越受到政府、媒体和学者们的密切关注.正是因为微博自身特殊的运行机理以及民众对于腐败行为零容忍造就了当前微博反腐的激亢.然而究其本质,“微博反腐”不过是“反腐微博”,微博反腐具有偶发性、挂一漏万,反腐信息同样适用丛林法则.隐私权和知情权的博弈是微博反腐的致命伤,被誉为“反腐利器”的微博并没有媒体宣传那般神奇.只有弱化举报的不实追究,强化调查结果公开,让渡官员的隐私权,保障民众的监督权,推进财产公示制度,治腐才能真正提速.

Focus and Neglect on Micro-blog Anti-corruption

In recent years, the government, the media and scholars have been keeping eyes on micro-blog anti-corrup- tion. The current micro-blog anti-corruption is boom because of the special operation mechanism of micro-blog and people who cannot stand for the corruption anymore. Essentially, the micro-blog anti-corruption is not ＂anti-corruption micro-blog＂, which is casual and view with limitation and the anti-corruption information should be competitive as jungle law. Conflict between the right of privacy and the right to know are fatal injuries. So-called as ＂anti-corruption tool＂ Micro-blog is not magic as same as what it declares. We should weaken the false prosecution, and strengthen the public investigation results ,＇ and weaken the officials＇ right of privacy, and strengthen the people＇ s supervision to pro- mote property publicity system. Only in this way can the corruption be controlled.
