| 摘 要： | 舞狮是我国民族传统的文化娱乐活动,通过不断的创新和实践,舞狮已超越了娱乐范围,成为中华民族向往美好事物的精神寄托,表现了人们乐观、团结和勇敢的信念。经长期的发展演变,逐步成为中华民族独特的传统体育项目。文章对北狮的形态、神态表演基本方法及其表演特色进行总结,以推动舞狮运动的更好发展。

| Abstract: | By long-term development and evolution, the sports of Dance-lion have become the unique traditional culture of China. Through constant innovation and practice, dance-lion has already surmounted the amusement range, and become the spirit bailment of Chinese nation to yearn for the bright things. It displays people's faith of optimism, unity and braveness. This paper summarizes the basic method of the shape in the north lion, expression performance and characteristic of performing, for the development of dance-lion. |
