| 摘 要： | 学习支持服务体系的构建和完善,是远程教育教学质量的有效保证。根据教学论理论,教学过程主要由教育者、受教育者、教学内容和教学方式方法四个基本要素组成。教学的过程,也是学习支持服务的过程。基于Web的学习支持服务主要体现在谁来支持、支持什么和怎样支持三个方面。

| Abstract: | The establishment and improvement of learning support service system provides effective guarantee for the quality of distant education.According to teaching theory,teaching process consists of four basic elements: the educator,the learners,teaching contents and teaching mode.And the teaching process goes along with the process of learning support service.When learners are defined,the learning support service system based on web will display itself in three main aspects: who is the supporter,what to support and how to support. |
