高校社团企业化运作模式探析

高校社团是由大学生自发组织开展各种活动的学生群众团体。当前,高校学生社团普遍具有管理体制不够完善、社团内部管理不规范、学校对社团指导力量不足、社团经费困难、社团硬件保障不足等问题。本文从社团与企业的自身特点出发,提出一种高校社团企业化运作的新的建设、运作模式。这种模式通过实施规范化、品牌化战略,运用项目管理方法进行社团建设和管理。

An Inquiry into the Enterprise Operation Mode of College Associations

College association is a students＇ community spo-ntaneously built by college students to develop various act-ivities.At present,college students association has the followingproblems：the imperfectness of management system,disorder in-ner management,weak guidance from the school,a lack of funds,poor hardware and so on.With the features of college associ-ations and enterprises,this paper proposes a new mode for college associations,that is,enterprise operation mode.This mode utilizes project management method to build and manage college associations through the implementation of standard-ized and branding strategy.
