| 摘 要： | 21世纪的高等教育对人才培养的标准发生了深刻的变化.当前大学英语教育改革正在全面展开,培养学生综合应用英语的能力是大学英语教学改革的主要目标.通过简要分析新建本科院校英语教师教学方法的改进、教学理念的转变和教师素质等方面存在的不足,就此提出一些建设性的建议.

| Abstract: | The criteria of the goal in the higher education of the 21st century has greatly changed.The present reform of college English is being in the process nationwide.It states the goal of the college English teaching is to cultivate the students' comprehensive ability to use English.This article analyses briefly the teachers' education concept,methods improvement and their quality and states that all mentioned above still have some improvement.And it also advances some constructive suggestions relatively. |
