| 摘 要： | 目前，广播电视大学师资队伍建设普遍遇到了一些新情况、新问题，给队伍的发展既带来了机遇，又带来了挑战，需要用新的发展理念加以应对。要转变教师的传统教育观念，树立科学的人才观和以人为本的队伍发展观，强化开放式师资队伍培训和民主参与民主管理的理念，坚持教师职业专业化的队伍发展方向。
