| Abstract: | In the report of the 18th National Congress of CPC it is required that extensive volunteer service be developed. This paper analyzes the existing organization and mobilization mechanism of volunteer service in Guangxi universities and colleges and puts forward the measures to strengthen the construction of the mecha nism from five aspects, the mobilization of volunteers, the organization of volunteers, the mobilization of new media, the training of volunteers and the incentive mechanism of volunteer service. |
