| 摘 要： | 通过剖析渔农村体育文化的现状,提出了“协调、和谐”的发展观、“以人为本”的发展观、“城乡结对、体育帮困”的协同发展观、“城乡体育一体化”的全局发展观和“体育暖促工程”建设等新理念,来建设和发展渔农村小康社区中的渔农民体育文化,构筑一个和谐的渔农村小康社区。

| Abstract: | By analyzing actuality of physical culture in fishing country,this paper puts forward some viewpoints,such as harmonious and concordant outlook on development,Modern Anthropocentrism's outlook on development,kink of urban and rural,and sports helping need's outlook on development,integration of urban and rural's entire outlook on development,and project of sports-promoting and so on.Through these viewpoints,the author hopes to construct and develop fishermen's physical culture in well-off communities in fishing country,and also build a harmonious well-off communities in fishing country. |
