| 摘 要： | 通过建立健全的实物验收管理办法和验收规范、统一验收标准、加强内部沟通的手段,强化了实物验收管理环节,有效提高了用户对仪器设备主要性能指标的掌握程度和自我保护意识,确保了引进仪器设备的质量,最终将为有效提高固定资产的使用效益起到积极作用。
