| 摘 要： | 促进研究与实践结合是高等教育研究中的一个重要问题,行动研究法是解决这个问题的一个有效途径。本文介绍了运用渤海大学运用行动研究法进行高校后勤管理改革的案例。本研究也可以看成是使用行动研究方法培养高等教育专业博士(EDD)的一个案例。
