摘    要:我国速滑运动员在备战冬奥会10个月的训练中,共进行了299次课的训练,其中力量训练课53次,陆上有氧训练课98次,技术训练课122次,其他训练课为26次,比赛为7次(23次出发)。在负荷安排上强调了有氧训练,降低了平均训练强度,使高强度训练得到进一步加强。在训练手段上,减少了最大力量的训练,增加了腰腹力量和协调能力的训练。技术是速滑项目的训练重点,应该在整个训练过程中高度重视。

Abstract:During the training programs in duration of 10 months for preparing Winter Olympic Games,the skaters were trained 299 units in all.There were 53 units for strength training,98 units for aerobic-endurance training on land,122 units for skill training and 26 units for other training.In duration there were seven competition(23 starts).Importance was attached to aerobic-endurance training.Average intensity training was reduced and high-intensity training was increased.Coring-strength training type and coordination type training was increased,and maximal-strength training was reduced.Skill training was the emphasis of the field of the speed skating and needed to be strengthened.
