西南山区土家族传统体育现状探析

开发民族地区传统体育对于丰富民族文化,增强民族地区人民体质,促进民族地区经济发展有重要意义。运用文献资料、调查访问等研究方法对土家族传统体育的现状进行调查研究,对土家族传统体育运动项目的内容、项目的分类、项目的特点进行分析,从加大政府重视,加强理论指导,与校园、社区相结合,与旅游相结合,加强与外界交流等方面为土家族传统体育的进一步发展提出建议。

Discussion on Current Condition of Tujia Traditional Sports in Southwest Mountain Region

The development on traditional sports in ethnic regions has important meaning in enriching national culture, improving minority people＇s physical fitness and promoting regional economic development. Through using the method of literature review and investigation, this paper makes investigation on current condition of Tujia traditional sport, analyzes the content, classification and event character and puts forward suggestions for future development from the points of increasing government importance to, and strengthening theoretical guidance, campus, community integration, and integration of tourism, strengthening exchanges with the outside world.
