| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，根据田径普修课教学计划变化及田径运动发展变化规律和教学对象的具体情况，从充分发挥和利用教学设施，采用现代教学理念和教学手段，调动师生双方积极性，培养学生能力；建立完善考核制度，提高教学质量等方面进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Based on large quantities of documents and data,and considering the changers of Track Field teaching plan, the development law of Track Field sports as well as the specific conditions of the teaching objects, this essay mainly discusses about how to make full use of the teaching facilities,and how to adopt modern teaching conception and teaching methods. At the same time,it probes into the ways on how to arouse the enthusiasm of both teachers and students, and how to cultivate the students' ability. Besides, this paper also indicates that we should set up a perfect cheek-up system and improve teaching quality ect. |
