英国QAA体育《学科基准声明》的解读与启示

摘    要:摘要:随着我国体育学类专业招生规模的不断扩张,提高教育质量已经成为体育学类专业教育改革和发展的根本任务。运用文献资料法和比较分析法,对英国高等教育质量保障署(QAA)制定体育学科基准的背景、体育学科基准体系的核心内容进行了分析。结果表明:英国体育学科基准的受众范围广泛,涵盖了多个利益相关者;内容体系比较全面,保证了人才培养的基本水准;指标体系的表述详细,具有较强的可操作性;切合社会需求,坚持人才培养的针对性;以学习结果为评判依据,体现了标准的指导性。针对我国体育学类专业评估实践,提出了诸如构建以学习结果为导向的评价机制,丰富质量标准指标体系的维度,增加以学生为中心的服务保障意识,鼓励特色化体育专业建设等教育质量保障措施。

Abstract:Abstract: With the rapid development of sports major in China universities and colleges, to improve education quality is becoming basic task for reform and development of sport major. This paper analyzed the background of subject benchmark statements developed by UK QAA and introduced the core content of sport subject benchmark system by the methods of literature review and comparative analysis. The results revealed that sport subject benchmark statements has a wide range of audiences, is a comprehensive content system and a strong operability of index system, it keeps up with social demand and holds the pertinence of talent cultivation, and uses learning result as evaluate basis that reveals guidance of standards. Facing the evaluation practice of China sport major, we suggested constructing an evaluation system directed by learning result, enlarging dimensions of evaluation index system, increasing student-centered service support awareness, and encouraging the characteristic construction of sport major to assure education quality.
