论现代跳远起跳技术的主要特征

本文就现代跳远起跳技术与我国目前跳远技术状况进行了理论研究,笔者认为,现代跳远技术中提出“迅速起”、“跑步式”的起跳技术是值得提倡的。

On the Major Characteristics of Modern Long Jump Technique

The modern long jump technique develops cluikly. It makes everyone find everything fresh and new that BoweU broke the world record in Tokyo World Championships. Facing to the trend, we need to try hard to catch up in the view, the thought of guidance and the methods of trainig and teaching etc. In this paper, the author expounded the superiority and characteristics of the modern long jump technique. In order to make China keep the first place in the technique of long jump in Asia and catch up with the world level, the author described the deficiency and put forward the views and ways of correcting and making up for it.
