| 摘 要： | 近几年退役运动员的再就业已经成为我国面临的一个重大的社会问题，解决妥当会有利于体育产业的可持续发展，反之，则会影响到体育人才的供给与培养。本文围绕这个问题在分析了我国退役运动员再就业困难原因的基础上，提出解决运动员退役后就业难问题的几点对策。

| Abstract: | It is a big social issue that the athletes' are reemployed after they retired from spots in resent years. If it is treated well, it will be benefit for the sustainable development of our sports undertakings; otherwise, it will hinder cultivating reserve talents of sports. This article not only analyzes the reasons why the athletes are difficult to be reemployed after they retire from the sports, but also brings up some countermeasures of solving these problems. |
