煤气环境下钢板腐蚀程度分析

摘    要:本文对煤气柜用Q235钢板腐蚀程度进行了实验测试,获得了煤气柜的腐蚀速度和剩余寿命,为煤气柜的进一步维护提供了科学的依据。

Analysis of erosion level of steel plate under coal gas condition

Abstract:Coal gas is important for people life of modern society. The accident often happens that gas chamber generates corrosion to cause gas leak subject to long term gas environment, so it is necessary to assess erosion of gas chamber and determine residue life to safely use. In the paper, erosion rate and residual life of gas chamber are obtained by experimental test of erosion level of Q235 steel plate used as gas chamber, which provides science foundation for maintain of gas chamber.
