摘    要:通过对吉林省优秀短道速滑运动员在年训练周期中血乳酸的监控,探讨其训练强度的合理性。采用检测运动员运动后即刻的血乳酸并以此反映运动强度的现场测试方法。结果显示,运动员在冰期速度耐力训练后即刻的血乳酸浓度偏高,非冰期速度耐力训练后的血乳酸浓度偏低;冰期一般耐力(有氧耐力)训练后的血乳酸偏高,非冰期有氧耐力训练后的血乳酸偏低。结论:在提高速度耐力的训练手段中,运动强度安排不合理,导致了运动员的速度耐力不足,调整训练强度是今后训练方法中的重点。

Abstract:Through monitoring the blood lactate of elite male short track speed skaters during whole year training circle in Jinlin province,this paper discusses the rationality of training intensity.The on-spot testing method is used to check the skater's blood lactate immediately after exercise.The result shows that the concentration of blood lactate taking from skaters immediately after ice-ground speed endurance exercise is slightly higher than necessary,while the concentration after exercise on land is slightly lower than necessary.The concentration of blood lactate after ice-ground general endurance (aerobic endurance) exercise is slightly higher.The result shows that the training intensity applying to improve the speed endurance is irrationality.It leads to deficiency of speed endurance.The adjustment of training intensity is the key point of future training.
