十八年来我国学校体育理论建设的成就、意义和问题

摘    要:以文献法回顾了18年来我国学校体育的理论建设,指出:十一届三中全会以来,理论建设取得了长足的进步。这些理论成就大体可分为;具有体育共性的基础理论;具有学校体育个性的基础理论和指导学校体育实践工作的应用理论等三个部分。对我国学校体育的改革起到了十分明显的作用:(1)学校体育改革的深化是学校体育理论发展的主要动力;(2)必要的学术园地和适宜的学术环境是理论发展的重要先决条件。也存在着一些需要的问题。如:一些理论观点的讨论不够深入彻底;理论探索和锤炼的意识不够强烈;总结和提练的,可称得上是理论的东西还不多,与丰富的实践相比,还有很大的反差;某些理论研究的延伸性不够,从而使理论应该对实践产生的指导作用受到限制。

Abstract:The reform of school physical education is the main motive force for the development of school physical education theory: Necessary academic field and approriate academic environment are the important prerequisite conditions of the development of theory. However, there exist some problems which need our attention. The consiciouness is not strong enough for the theory exploration and hammering. Things which can be considered as the theory are not much and there are still very great contrast when they are compared with the rich practice. The extension of certain theoretical research is not sufficient to make the guiding of theory restricted for the practice.
