| 摘 要： | 全面推进海峡西岸经济区建设和把海峡西岸经济区建设成为“两个先行区”的战略构想，是党中央、国务院的重大决策部署。高校统一战线应发挥自身优势，主动融入海西“两个先行区”建设，充分发挥统战工作的职能作用，尽最大努力为海西“两个先行区”建设服务。

| Abstract: | To develop the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone and to build ＂the two vanguard zones＂ on the Western Taiwan Straits are the strategic policies of the Party Central Committee. The United Front in universities should take their advantages and give full play of their functions to serve the construction of ＂the two vanguard zones＂ on the Western Taiwan Straits. |
