| 摘 要： | 把“健康第一”作为体育教育的核心目标,不仅是世界体育教育发展的潮流和趋势,也是极具人本主义色彩的教育理念“知信行融合统一的发展性健康促进策略”以行为干预理论为基础,突出体育教育应是学生“习得健康知识-建构健康信念-巩固健康行为-养成健康习惯”的教育过程为此,强调在体育教育中贯彻健康促进策略,引导学生形成受益一生的生活方式。

| Abstract: | It is not merely the world of physical education development trend but a humanistic education idea to regard "HEALTH THE FIRST as the key goal. "The Developing Health Promotion Strategy Combining with KAP" has regarded behavior intervention theory as the foundation. Furthermore, it has stressed the education course that P. E. should inculcate student to learn health knowledge - construct health faith- form health habit. So, this article has emphasized that we should carry out health promotion tactics and lead students to form the benefited life style during the course of physical education. |
