| 摘 要： | 产业集群对区域产业发展具有集聚资源加快经济增长、知识溢出增强创新能力、加强产业协同提高竞争优势、衍生孵化转变经济发展方式等效应.环渤海区域产业集群发展较快,但在规模、结构、布局等方面不适应区域产业合作的要求.推进区域产业合作进程,关键在于利用滨海新区产业升级的机遇,重构区域产业集群,夯实区域产业合作的基石,提高区竞争优势,为此,应从政府、行业、企业中寻求有效途径.
