| 摘 要： | 体育强国是新时期我国体育事业发展的方向，体育强国的建设是一个复杂的实践过程，需要科学的理论和方法的指引。从体育强国的内涵、体育强国建设的实践性来看，科学发展观能提供认识与实践两方面的指引，是引领体育强国建设的科学方法论的集中体现。科学发展观对体育强国建设的引领主要在于创新以求发展的体育强国建设理念、人本价值的体育强国建设理念、全面协调可持续的体育强国建设理念、统筹兼顾的体育强国建设理念。
