| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查和访谈法、数理统计法、比较研究法等研究方法对我国不同地域5所高校大学生的体育生活方式及影响因素进行了调查和分析,通过整体与各校男女分组了解其差异,揭示其中的主要问题,并提出相应的建议,为促进大学生形成健康的体育生活方式提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | By adopting study strategies of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and comparison,the researchers investigate and analyze the sport lifestyles and their influencing factors of students in 5 universities in different regions of China.In order to provide reference for promotion of university students to form healthy sport lifestyle,the researchers expose the existing problems and put forward relevant suggestions on the basis of knowing the diversities of sport lifestyles whole and grouped on gender. |
