论高校学生工作的专业化

高校学生工作要适应国际化浪潮、市场经济发展、大众教育推进、高校规模扩大以及学生需求深化的要求,必须走专业化道路。专业化是促进学生工作发展的必由之路,它能够纠正学生工作人员行政化、业余化的倾向,有助于提高学生工作的社会声望,有助于学工队伍的稳定以及学校的发展。学生工作专业化包括职业化和专门化两方面内容。可以通过实行资格认证制度、科学划分职级序列、实施培训进修机制和健全考核晋升体系来建立和完善学生工作专业化。

On Specialization of Student Work in Universities

Student work in universities should be adapted to the trend of internationalization,the development of market economy,the advancement of mass education,the expansion of university education and the complication of student needs in the direction of specialization.It is argued that specialization is an inevitable path of development for furthering student work in universities,in that it can rectify the amateurish and bureaucratic performance of some student affairs practitioners,promote the social reputation of the profession,help to stabilize the personnel,and contribute to the development of the school.There are two aspects to the issue of specialization: professional orientation and specialization.Related measures for the purpose of establishing and bettering student work in universities includes qualification authentification,professional ranking,vocational training and perfection of assessment system.
