| 摘 要： | 从世界范围来看,凡是把稳定物价作为中央银行首要的或唯一的目标并取得较佳绩效的国家,其央行的法律地位都比较高,独立性都很强。在近年来的世界范围内的金融改革中,各国都将加强中央银行货币政策的独立性放在了极为重要的地位。日本中央银行的改革举措对于我国目前正在进行的中央银行体制改革具有非常重要的启示意义。

| Abstract: | From the range of the whole world,as long as the country has taken stabilizing prices as the chief or the unique goal of the central bank and made greater achievements,the legal status of the central bank is comparatively higher,and the independence of it is more powerful.In the coming years of the worldwide financial reform,every country will attach the importance on the independence of monetary policy.The reform of the Central Bank of Japan has very important enlightenment to the ongoing reform of the central bank system in China. |
