| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,统计了中、日两国在第28、29届奥运会＂119工程＂基础项目前8名成绩,比较分析了两个＂奥运周期＂中国、日本基础大项竞技水平的变化与优劣及存在的差距,提出了后奥运时期进一步发展我国＂119工程＂可持续发展的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper consults a large documents and statistics the achievement of first eight infrastructure projects during the 28th and 29th Olympic Games in China and Japan, to analyze the changes of competition and their advantages from the basic project. According to the survey, we can come up with measures to improve the situation after Olympic Games, which is helpful to the sustainable development. |
