| 摘 要： | 制造业是青岛工业的重中之重,在青岛工业体系和经济体系中的地位非常突出。但青岛制造业存在产业层次较低、自主创新能力较低、产业集中度较低等问题,迫切需要转型升级。转型升级要坚持高端化发展方向,促进高端制造业发展,促进高端制造业聚集,形成高端制造业聚集区。
