| 摘 要： | 学习型组织是一种人性化的组织模式。这种组织,具有崇高而正确的核心价值、信念和使命,具有强劲的生命力与实现共同理想的力量。目前高校学生管理工作的现状不能完全适应培养对象的要求,创建高校学生“学习型组织”,有利于改善这一局面。

This can be improved by establishing university students' "learning organizations" . This essay tries to probe into the ways of establishing university students' "learning organizations" from the aspect of annotations and functions of such organizations. |
