用科学人才观引领高考制度改革

我国高考制度的改革与设计,需要从人才观方面考虑三个基本理念:一是高校需要选择具有什么素质的新生;二是高校的高素质新生从哪里来;三是高校招生需要构建何种考试评价体系。当前的高考制度改革,应在坚持统一高考的基础上,加大高校自主招考的力度,并与高中新课改相衔接。

Guiding the Reform of National College Entrance Examination System with a Scientific Outlook on Talents

While designing the system of National College Entrance Examination, three points should be considered: one is what kind of qualifications the students should have, the second is where the students come from, and the third is what kind of test system we really want. At present, we should still keep the model of National Examination, while at the same time improve the quality of autonomous enrollment by the higher education institutions, try to link the test reform with the curriculum reform in high schools.
