高校教师评价中教学科研失衡的实证与反思

摘    要:高校教师评价的一条重要原则是教学与科研相统一。但是,从多个学校的调查结果来看,以下假设并不成立:科研能力强的教师教学效果也很好;教学效果是高校评定优秀教师的主要指标;科研能力强的教师承担重要教学任务。假设没有得到验证,发人深思,需要我们在评价目标的明晰上、评价主体的丰富性上、评价问题的设置上进行再思考与再探索,以促进高校教师评价的逐渐成熟以及教学科研的携手并进。
