City-rural community administration is a very important issue,for it is related to the government policy,the residents’ benefits and interest.In the integration of the rural and urban areas,the community administration has to meet the needs of building up a harmonious society.The construction,against the background of the current economic reform,management system reform and social transformation,is to meet the challenges in the imbalance of economic developments,differences in management models and the unsynchronized social developments,etc.To answer the appeal of the relevant rational parties,the future city-rural administration must set up a positive interactive mechanism and a creative design in city-urban balanced developments.A modern and harmonious city-rural growth depends on a balanced growth of each party and a fair share in its interest.
