| 摘 要： | 将课堂教学内容、传统的金工实习内容和现代的工程训练内容整合、完善，制定出新的工程训练培养方案，包括教学内容、教学环节、组织管理体系等规范化，保证工程实践教学更加规范和有章可循；初步建立了现代工程训练教学质量监控体系，在实际应用中对稳定教学质量、提高教学效果起到了重要作用。
