高等院校太极拳教学的困惑与反思* ——基于文化本源的思考

太极拳是借用了“太极”概念,建立在太极学说基础之上的武术拳种。为改变当前高等院校太极拳教学中对太极文化的遗漏和疏忽,从文化本源切入,结合高等院校当前太极拳教学中存在的诸多问题,探讨在教学中如何通过肢体活动等技术载体来充分展示和表达太极拳内在的文化坐标,并提出符合高等院校太极拳教学发展与创新改革的对策,以期在现代体育教学与传统文化之间找到契合点,从而将承载着中华博大精深文化传统的太极拳切实有效的运用到高校现代体育教学中来。

Confusions and Reflections on the Taijiquan Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Borrowed from the concept of "Taiji" concept, Taijiquan is a kind of martial art that based on the theory of Taiji. In order to change the omissions and negligence of the Taiji culture in the current colleges and universities'' Taijiquan teachings, this paper explores how to use the technology carriers, like body movement, to fully reveal and express the intrinsic culture coordinate during class teaching by discussing from the culture origin and combining with the Taijiquan teachings problems existing in colleges and universities. What is more, it also puts forward the relevant countermeasures that are suitable for the development and innovation of Taijiquan teachings in colleges and universities, so as to find the integrated point between the modern sports teachings and the traditional culture and make the Taijiquan which carries the profound Chinese traditional culture effectively use in the modern sports teachings in colleges and universities.
