| 摘 要： | 简述了我国古代体育服饰的发展变化历史,从儒家文化、中国传统哲学思想对人自身的思考以及中国传统哲学对人与自然关系的理解三方面分析了古代体育服饰的文化内涵,并从中国现代社会心理和全民健身实践角度分析了古代体育服饰的发展契机。
