In the course of physical teaching reform,the students can choose teaching contents according to their interest,favorites and wishes.However,college students lack the value consciousness of track and field sports,for the traditional teaching patterns make track and field teaching dull and make the students tired of learning.However,the number of the students taking part in track and field is getting smaller and smaller.According to current situation of track and field teaching in normal college,this article put forward many reform measures.
