| 摘 要： | 侵权行为是社会生活中常见的一种法律现象，国际民商事关系运转中也不泛侵权事件的存在。国际民商事关系中的侵权行为必须解决法律问题。最近几十年侵权行为的法律适用理到新的发展，出现了一些新的取向。我国有关侵权行为的法律舴民随着国际上侵权法律适用的新发展以及网上侵权的日蠲增多而作相就改进。
