| 摘 要： | 经过 2 0多年的经济体制改革 ,我国社会主义市场经济体制已经初步建立 ,其主要标志是 :国有企业改革取得重大突破 ,现代企业制度建立已经迈出了重要步伐 ,与市场经济相适应的宏观经济调控体系已基本形成 ,一个统一、开放、竞争有序的市场体系进一步完善 ,国民经济的市场化程度全面提高 ,市场机制已在资源配置中起基础性作用。体制创新极大地促进了我国社会生产力的发展。

| Abstract: | Our socialist market economic system is initially formed after 20 years' economic system reform. This indicates as following: a breakthrough of state owned enterprise reform, widely establishment of modem enterprise system, a initial formation of macro economic adjust-control system which is in agreement with market economy, further improvement of market system with unity, opening up and order competition, the advancement of national economy market-orient, and market mechanism playing a basic role in the resources allocation. In a word, the innovation of the system greatly improve the development of our social productivity. |
