| 摘 要： | 对浙江省3所高校近3年就业率进行统计分析,结果表明：金融危机前和金融危机下体育特长生就业率均明显高于普通大学生,与体育特长生比较,金融危机对普通大学生就业率影响明显,乒乓球、羽毛球和篮球项目特长生就业优势明显;采用问卷调查和访谈结合的方式,对2009年普通大学生和体育特长生各100人初次就业搜寻时间、就业满意度进行调查,结果表明：体育特长生初次就业搜寻时间明显少于普通大学生,就业满意率明显高于普通大学生。
