| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村的根本就是培养造就有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,这是新农村建设最本质、最核心的内容,没有新农民,就没有新农村。培养新型农民要从思想观念、体制机制、政策扶植等多方面采取措施,从而激活农民的创业动力,增强农民的创业能力。

| Abstract: | The foundation building new rural of socialism is cultivating late-model peasant with knowledge,technology and good management,it is the core content in new rural construction,there is no new rural without new farmers.We Train new farmers from peasants＇ notion,system mechanism and assisting policy to activate peasants＇ transfer venture and enhance peasants＇ transfer abilities. |
