Analysis and Countermeasures on Interpersonal Relationship of Freshmen

Being good at creating harmonious interpersonal relationship is one of the basic qualities for freshmen in college. There are some major factors influencing the interpersonal relationship of freshmen, such as the strong utilitarianism, prevalent individualism, inadequate life experience, strong idealism and frail mentality.
