| 摘 要： | 人力资本是企业人力资源和企业资本要素的重要组成部分。人力资本流失问题在国有建筑施工企业已十分突出,并且呈现出数量越来越大、学历和层次越来越高的趋势。国有建筑施工企业人力资本流失有外部原因和内部原因。企业应采取多种措施遏制人力资本流失。

| Abstract: | The manpower capital is one of the main parts in human resources and the capital elements of an enterprise.The problem on the drain of manpower capital has become conspicuous in state-owned construction enterprises.And such drain hasa tendency to a larger quantity in numbers and a higher level in academic credentials.There are external and internal reasons for the lose of manpower capital in state-owned construction enterprises.Measures are required to control the brain drain. |
