| 摘 要： | 网络文化是伴随着信息技术革命，主要是互联网的发展而产生的一种新的文化现象，它对社会发展有着积极的和消极的两方面影响。建设社会主义精神文明，发展先进文化是社会主义现代化建设中的一项历史任务。要按照发展先进文化的要求，加强网络文化建设，趋利避害、兴利除弊，发挥网络文化在推动社会文明进步方面的作用。

| Abstract: | Internet culture is a new cultural phenomenon that comes into being with technological revolution of information, which brings to both positive and passive effects on social development. To build up socialistic spiritual civilization is one of the important tasks in developing advanced culture, so it is demanded that Internet culture make use of positive side while avoid of passive one to push the development of social culture. |
