| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度是图书馆为大学教学和科研服务的,非常有生命力的新举措,但在实行中"学科背景"常常被人们所忽视.由于受传统认识的影响,图书馆很容易重视信息能力而忽视学科背景,这种情况必须要改变,否则,学科背景和信息能力长期分离,将不利于提高服务质量,也将背离建立学科馆员制度的初衷.

| Abstract: | The subject librarian system is the vitalistic measure which the library serves for the teaching and the scientific research in the university,but the " scientific background" is frequently neglected by the people.This kind of situation must be changed that the library emphasizes the information ability as well as neglects the scientific background,otherwise,this situation will be disadvantageous to the enhancement of service quality. |
